  8. Installation:  3 easy steps
  9.  
  10. 1) Copy atomiclock2 to your AmiTCP:bin drawer.
  11. 2) Copy timeset.rexx to your s: drawer.
  12. 3) Set the 'script' bit on atomiclock2 at shell prompt, with:
  13.     >protect AmiTCP:bin/atomiclock2 +s
  14.  
  15. Requirements:

  17. 1) AmiTCP: (Maybe Miami TCP - requires TCP: device)
  18. 2) AmigaDOS 3.x or greater (env:Locale.prefs file used)
  19. 3) ARexx

  22. Operation:
  23.  
  24. 1) Start AmiTCP:
  25. 2) At the shell prompt, change to the amitcp:bin drawer
  26.     >cd amitcp:bin
  27. 3) At the prompt, type:
  28.     >atomiclock2 save
  29. 4) After a successful connection is made,you are prompted to 
  30.    answer the daylight savings time (DST) question. IF YOU kept your
  31.    system LOCALE.PREFS file set to your TIMEZONE (i.e. you did NOT 
  32.    compensate for the daylight savings time, by changing time zones)
  33.    then answer 'y' to the DST question, when it is appropriate (summer-time).

  35.    In winter time NOBODY should be answering yes to the daylight savings 
  36.    time question!
  37. 5) After the time is set, close the Tools Output window.

  40. Other Suggested Operations:
  41. 1) Make an Icon for it.
  42. 2) Add it to ToolsPrefs or similar "menu" program.
